Panasonic has made Blue Yonder an anchor for its supply chain management software business, called Panasonic Connect, and said in May it was preparing the deal for a possible stock market listing. “It was decided that depending on the characteristics of the company and the market environment, a stock exchange listing of the [supply-chain management] would be the optimal way to accelerate global growth using capital markets,” the company said in a May 11 statement.

Mr. Angove was part of the management team that took retail technology company Retek public in 1999 and later served as general manager of the retail business unit at Oracle. Corp.
